Search the FDA record.
Search one name across the FDA record. Approvals come from Drugs@FDA. Competition shows active makers, discontinued holders, generics and Orange Book protection. Shortages are checked against the Orange Book for how many makers remain. The 510(k) tab is a predicate check: recalls tied to each clearance, and older clearances missing from FDA's current listings. Use a 3-letter product code (for example DQA) to check a whole device category. Watch includes 3 competition and predicate searches every 7 days, and the example searches are always open. Signal raises that to 25 and adds CSV export of any tab.
Counts are as reported by the FDA. Shortages are grouped by product, maker and status. "Makers" counts applicants with an active (not discontinued) Orange Book listing for that ingredient and dosage form. "Not in current listings" means the K-number was not found in FDA's device registration and listing data; confirm before relying on it. Ranked opportunity lists are for ReqRX™ 25 members.
